While I’ve never slipped to a weight that could classify me as obese by legal standards, I’ve always been right on the margin.  Doctors have told me that I’m about thirty pounds overweight, and at my height, that’s a lot.  I had tried for years to lose weight through diet and exercise, but it just wasn’t happening, and when I didn’t see results I would get discouraged and slip back into my old habits.  Then I met up with another woman who had struggled to lose weight after pregnancy, and she told me about the program she had used.
